Minimum fee on successful collections: $150.
Minimum fee
example assuming a 25% charge: Claim of
$600. at 25% = $150.
If the first
collection is $300., our minimum fee will be $150. When a second
collection of $300. is secured, no fee will apply to that portion of the
collected amount.
In the above
example, if the claim was $900. and a third collection of $300 was
secured, the fee on the third collection of $300 would be 25%.
Minimum fees
are established based on historic collection ratios, and profitability
requirements.
Direct to
Attorney placements are charged at full fee rates.
The age of a
claim is determined by the oldest unpaid invoice.
Suit fee includes requirements by law
firm and handling fees required by our office.
